Shipping

• We ship with Canada Post and includes a tracking number and insurance.
• Appropriate taxes are due within Canada.
• There are no taxes for international shipments but please note that Duty may apply.
• If you would like to purchase Xpress Post or special delivery, please phone 1-866-931-8464 or email us.

Return policy – It is important to us that our customers are happy with their purchase.

• Exchange within 30 days is possible as long as returned items are in new condition – less shipping charges.
• After 30 days we offer only in-store credit for items in new condition.
• A full refund less shipping charges can be arranged within 30 days. Please call to confirm.
• We do not charge a restocking fee however if you have purchased through PayPal the 4% PayPal service fee will be deducted.
